Milwaukee Seniors Get a Lift Posted on May 22, 2017July 20, 2021 by Amanda Becker By 2030, 1 in 5 people in the United States will be over the age of 65, and the elderly population in Wisconsin is projected to grow by 33 percent, according to the US Census Bureau. A trans-generational program in Milwaukee is reaching out to seniors, providing transportation and companionship. Amanda Becker reports.
