Cross Culture

Sanad Wir, 20, is a junior at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a skateboarder from Amman, Jordan. As a skater, Sanad is able to fit into western culture more easily than other Middle Eastern people. Skateboarding has also opened his mind to a view of the world where race, ethnicity, nationality and religion are not boundaries to cross; instead, they are differences that unite.
