SUP UWM Posted on April 1, 2015April 1, 2015 by Maggie Wuesthoff Outdoor Pursuits is bringing the latest trend in yoga to campus. It is a mash up between paddle boarding and Vinyasa flow yoga called standup paddleboard yoga, or SUP yoga for short. Mary Sherman, UWM student and SUP instructor explains that this type of yoga builds strength, flexibility, and is a great way to have fun. The classes are offered on Monday at 9 a.m. and on Sundays at 4 p.m. Margarett Wuesthoff reports.
