The Beauty of Breakfast for Lunch

Amanda Niebauer’s class assignment was to weave together an audio interview with sounds of her subject doing something we can hear. Turns out Amanda’s father, Kevin, was a high-quality interviewee. He enjoys several things about making hash browns: the family tradition, the time he gets to spend with his kids, and all the butter.
