The local-started business prides itself on the made-from-scratch quality bakery items that it sells. They keep a lineup of daily breads and pastries and feature different daily specialties each week. The business that started on Milwaukee’s Downer Avenue has now expanded to 35 locations in 16 states but keeps the same hand-made values it prides itself on.
