Homelessness in Milwaukee County

Nationally, homelessness is on the rise in the United States, increasing 18% between 2023 and 2024. Milwaukee County, however, has seen a decrease, falling 16% during the same period of time, and has been shrinking for years. In this short documentary, Colton Pemble explores what actions local organizations, Milwaukee County and the City of Milwaukee are taking to make this decrease possible, and what challenges still persist.
