The Death of Epstein Needs Further Investigation [EDITORIAL]

Many people find conspiracy theories annoying and are not the type of people to partake in such nonsense. That being said, Jeffrey Epstein’s death is very convenient. Epstein’s death needs to be investigated further. 

While people might consider the conspiracy theorists who say Epstein was murdered crazy because they have no hard evidence to back up their claims, his death and the circumstances surrounding it seem very convenient for a lot of powerful men.  

Has everybody in the United States forgotten Goodfellas? When someone in a crime syndicate goes to jail and jeopardizes the security of everyone else in the syndicate, that someone in jail becomes a liability. Insurance for that liability is the one-time fee of having that person whacked. 

The hyoid bone is more commonly broken in homicidal strangulation than in suicidal hanging deaths. However, when the subject is older and the ligature used in suicidal hanging cases results in an incomplete hanging, the hyoid bone is more likely to break. The fact that the hyoid bone broke at all is not indication of either manner of death.

Former New York City Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Michael Baden noted that the three fractures in Epstein’s neck, specifically the hyoid bone, point to murder rather than suicide.

However, there is a dispute between the current and former New York City Chief Medical Examiners, which indicates there should be further investigation. It is plausible Epstein killed himself from depression; it is just as plausible for him to have been murdered to keep his secrets secret. The circumstances under which his death happened are very odd. Two security guards assigned to watch Epstein fell asleep right around the time of death, the security camera in the area was not operating and the jail took Epstein off suicide watch just a week prior to his death create a perfect storm for someone to commit a murder. The medical examiner should have at least held the manner of death determination until figuring out what caused those broken hyoid bones.  

The investigation of Epstein and everything he was involved in is surely a large task, but the heinous crimes he committed deserve justice no matter what. There are sure to be many powerful people with strong strings to pull implicated in the Epstein investigation as well. Epstein’s family also deserves to know the full story of Jeffrey Epstein’s death.

These are all reasons why the United States government and the government of France should be doing everything in their power to further investigate the death of Epstein, the crimes he committed and the people who were involved in those crimes. France should provide some aid in the investigation of Epstein because he owned a home in Paris.

  • Epstein’s financial records
  • Passport records of all of his associates,
  • Interview all of the employees of the sex island.
  • Find out exactly everyone who was involved in the sex-trafficking led by Epstein as well as to what degree they were involved.
  • Tax records of Epstein’s associates would probably help determine where they spent their money and on what.
  • Investigating the cause of death for Epstein
  • Determine whether or not it was a suicide.
  • If it was a suicide, who did it. 
  • Investigate how this sex-trafficking ring was able to operate with relative impunity for so long serving such powerful and prominent men. The resignation of Alex Acosta does not serve justice to all of the victims affected by Epstein’s actions.  
  • Why was Epstein taken off suicide watch after just six days?
  • How did that camera go off right at the time the two guards fell asleep?
  • How was Epstein able to die in custody?
  • Why hasn’t the investigation into possible accomplices continued?  

Epstein was involved in a high-profile crime syndicate for sex-trafficking underage girls for prominent pedophiles of politics with power on US soil. There were millions of dollars transacted for this. They bought an entire island. This can’t all be attributed to one guy who conveniently just happened to die in his jail cell with sleeping guards around and a broken security camera.
