Milwaukee Organization Looks to Increase Black Voter Turnout for 2020 Election

After low voter turnout in Milwaukee’s black communities, activists formed an organization that is looking to incentivize people for the upcoming election. BLOC was formed to gain a higher quality of life and access to opportunities for members in the black community through political, and economic advancement. Dashanay Scott has more.
